I hold classes in feltmaking, hatmaking, patchwork, and knitting and crochet at Studio 112 in Wimbledon Arts Studios. Very suitable for mothers and daughters. For younger ones fabric painting and applique requiring very basic stitches is most appropriate.

Try giving The Old School Club a call. They do sewing courses for adults and kids and may have a course that could work for both of you to do together?

Picassos in the Park are great, and aimed at your daughter's age.

(I'm not 100% sure whether they normally let parents stay/help, but Chloe and Laura who run it are very helpful, so maybe contact them and ask?)

Details, dates and online booking here: Picassos in the Park on KiddiPlan

I have no idea but would also welcome classes that would work for a 10 year old and myself too!

Mum and daughter class

Hi there- I was wondering if anyone knew of any classes especially aimed at daughters and mothers taking part together? I want to carve up some time each week for my eldest daughter (she's 6) and I to have one on one time, and I'm trying to find some kind of regular activity we could do together. I've managed to find that with my middle daughter through sport, but my eldest is more of a creative / artsy type. Any ideas appreciated!
