I am a project manager and recently purchased a kitchen for a property in Fulham from Jewson -Carwath Rd in Fulham. Dennis and the team in the showroom were incredibly helpful and the kitchen is great. Your builder shouldn't have a problem with installation. Hope this helps.

We have a (German) Leicht kitchen which is excellent. Vogue kitchens in Ealing have a bit range in their showroom. Couldn’t recommend highly enough (check the leIcht website)

We got a Schuller kitchen, through KDC UK. They're not based nearby, so might be a bit of a trek to get to their showroom, but the service was good, the installation was great, and the price was good value.

Definitely will be more expensive than Howdens and Magnet, so if those are your budget then don't consider Schuller.

We chose Schuller after considering several different German kitchen brands. We chose Schuller for the best price to quality ratio.

Schuller is also sold by several other kitchen designers in London.

I’ve used Howden s and Magnet trade are also really good value for money. They have to be durable for rental properties as well as looking nice. Do you have a good kitchen fitter who can make sure that the kitchen is properly fitted - it’s pretty key,

If you are looking for something a bit more more original and bespoke but still affordable, (i.e. mid-range) have a look at http://kitchenrevolutions.co.uk/ (in Raynes park) or https://www.home-design.schmidt/en-gb (in Wimbledon)

Good luck with your kitchen project.

We have used Ana from Kitchen Connection, Garratt Lane SW18 and she was fantastic. Expect a budget from 15k but worth every penny for similar budget.

We used Higham Furniture. Very high quality, handmade and bespoke to fit period properties and all their quirks, but at a great price. Tim Higham is brilliant to work with as he's is very thorough and works with huge integrity. It is possible to visit the workshop in Hampshire or their studio/ offices in Fulham or get in touch for a rough quote.

I’m wondering which of the mid range kitchen companies are regarded as providing best value - not looking for a designer kitchen and also not focused on the cheapest in absolute terms but really the best quality for your money. I’m thinking things like magnet, wren, wickes, howdens, etc etc but I may be way off already... I know this is somewhat subjective but just looking to narrow the shortlist to 2 or 3 that I can then visit myself. I have a builder doing other work on the property who will fit the kitchen so don’t need this service.
I feel that this is one a lot of people here would have researched so want to see if I can cheekily benefit from that and save myself some time - thanks in advance for your help.
