Hello!

I went to my chiropractor, Craig Mclean from Putney Chiropractic before and after both my babies and he is great! http://www.putneychiropractic.co.uk/

After the second i needed to do lots of pilates to help repair the exit route and I now go regularly to Pilates junction which is a fantastic studio just behind the library on Lavender Hill.

Speak to Nikki or Amit, they really know what they are doing!

Hello
I teach Pilates one on one (or one on two) to pre and post natal mothers. I'm also pregnant at the moment and practised Pilates throughout my pregnancies. Do you want to give me a call for details. My number is 07917 152 780?
Kind regards,
Laurie

Hi jojelly,

I am a physio who also had a very sore back myself when I was pregnant! I eventually had to have some hands-on treatment (physio and osteopathy) and it made a huge difference, and I regretted not having it done sooner in the pregnancy. So my advice is - go and get yourself treated first before you do some exercise. I should also mention that I also did Pilates and Yoga regularly during my pregnancy, but nothing replaces the manual treatment.

Good luck, wish you all the best.

I have a really sore lower back and only in 2nd trimester of pregnancy. Can anyone recommend really good antenatal pilates small group sessions around Wandsworth Common / Northcote Road area which might be worth investigating?
Many thanks 8-)
