Computer running v.slow - anyone know an IT expert who does home visits?

Honeylight on Garratt Lane are Apple authorised. Not sure they will come to you though - but you can park outside their shop.

Despite downloading all sorts of virus checkers/preventers, my computer (Apple) is running really slow.

Anyone know of a trustworthy, IT expert who can check out the hard drive and do a diagnostic check for me? If they can do either a home visit or a virtual check, that would be great.
