I would recommend Porters estate agent in Balham they are very good and independent so have that one to one feeling with everyone

I would avoid using an agent to manage your property. Just get them to find you a tenant and speak to Janie Lapwood who is a really good property manager. Once you meet her you will know your property will be looked after and in safe hands. Details Below:
