Just say your on holiday and be a visiting patient, I used to do it all the time. They just make you fill in a form which they then send the notes with to your doctor.

Hi there,

This may be of help to you, (it's a walk in centre behind Clapham Junction station) so you don't need to be registered. http://www.wandsworth.nhs.uk/News/Pages ... ction.aspx

hey, working as a live in nanny mon to fri and home being surrey i am always in london (balham) my place of work. I am registered with my doctors surgery back home but just wondered if i am able to register up here also or if i have to get info transferred over sort of thing??

I would still like my docs (surrey) as my base doctor but should i be taken ill or need any regular perscription i.e womens stuff etc i wont be able to just go home.. well ofcourse im allowed when nessasary but it would be so much easier to just go to doctors here

If not has anyone any exp of the walk in clinics?? are these the same as doctors i.e regular perscription like you're pill etc??

Any advice would be great

thanks :)
