Good afternoon,
We are currently tendering for a full renovation and will be looking for a short let from around June/July. Is the property furnished? We would prefer unfurnished. Please DM me the details. Thanks

Hello, we would definitely be interested as we are having works done over the summer and live very close. Please could you PM me the details?
Thanks so much. Anna

Hi
We might be interested as potentially starting a building project beginning of June. Would you be able to give me more details and the rental cost?
Thanks in advance

If you are considering building work, but don't want to live through the dust please get in touch.  We have a 2 bed flat off of Chestnut Grove available from early June and will consider shorter term lets.
All the best,
