There is an Invisible Mending place on the Great Brompton road I think. They do amazing work but are quite rightly expensive. Put the shawl in the freezer to make sure the moth eggs are dead.

My mother-in-law gave my eldest child a beautiful knitted cashmere blanket when she was born. Alas, it now boasts several moth holes after I stored it incompetently. Does anyone know of a knitting whizz or similar who could repair it for me? Thanks.
