Hi I hope you found someone.  Just to recommend Emma Brockwell at Body Logic Health in Battersea.  She is a Specialist Women's health Physio with a passion for getting women back to running after children or other women's health issues. She's been great.

Jo Fordyce is a specialist Womens health physio based at Clapham North. Treatment of  pelvic floor muscle problems (including post natal third and fourth degree perineal tears) remains one of Jo's key interests, as well as bladder leakage (both stress and urge incontinence) prolapse, pelvic floor muscle laxity/weakness, pain with sexual activity, bowel problems and pelvic pain.  Jo ensures a holistic, empathetic approach for each patient, giving individual, tailored treatment for their needs. Jo also works closely with Eliza and Baz who are mentioned in a previous post.

APPI in Wimbledon have Women's Health specialists and helped me a lot with prolapse. Once you have progressed enough their postnatal pilates classes are very useful for continuing to build strength (you can take babies along too). 
Once you are ready to start running again I would also recommend the NHS Couch to 5km programme as it really helps to build slowly and prevent further damage.

I had the same thing, dogs ears apparently. There is a lovely lady called Fara Soday at the New Clinic on Abbeville road. The clinic is LOVELY and she is amazing.

Sophie at White Hart Clinic in Barnes is fab. I ended up with prolapse and more when my son was born and she has been wonderful

Balance Me at Clapham North have physio's and classes specifically for Women's health.
I can also highly recommend trainhappy - they do classes specifically tailored for new mums and Tess who runs it is fantastic

Clare is amazing; saw her after big gap (diastasis recto) and she was fantastic. I lift a lot of weights and she was very supportive and a big part of my recovery (as opposed to most doctors who would tell you to lift nothing).

2nd vote for Baz’s classes. Baz will also speak to Clare if you work with her, to adjust exercises to your case.

For physio I would recommend Clare Bourne.
I would recommend Baz Moffat for exercise classes - she is amazing and does a thorough assessment beforehand. Baz also has links with lots of women’s health physios and will make recommendations.

For physio i would recommend six physio and one of their womens health specialists.

For exercise/ rehab and and ongoing maintenance

Eliza - both her Holistic Core restore Course which is amazing and Personal Training as so understands the exercises that help and more importantly won't !

Sue Lewis is very good http://suelewisantenatal.co.uk/. I saw her after my first son to help with pelvic floor issues and also did her exercise classes which were very good. After my second son, I’ve been doing MUTU classes (which there’s a post about at the moment) with Jiva Health as closer to home and can take baby https://www.jivahealth.co.uk/classes/mu ... -mutu-pro/ and it’s really helping to strengthen my core and pelvic floor. They also do evening classes.
