Cook all the way! Banoffee pie or their meringue roulades are very very good.

Buy the whole dinner there. Rather cleverly, they do special oven ware, so you can take your lovely shop bought meal out of the freezer, transfer in to the dish, pop in to the oven and everyone will assume you've slaved over the stove for hours. Coq au vin is very good, or the lamb tagine

The Dessert Deli (Saturdays on Northcote Road) is also excellent. She will make it in your own serving dish if you give her enough notice

Where in Nappy Valley would you recommend that I go to buy a pudding that looks good enough to serve to weekend guests? All suggestions gratefully received.
