Did you get in? We are thinking of buying in the catchment but are not sure how the acceptance process works. We will be coming from abroad so we are late to the process but really hoping if we buy very close to the school, we may be able to still get in. My daughter will be 4 in July FYI. Any knot you have would be super helpful. Thanks!

How does the wait list work? If you got offered third place, accepted it (because you didn’t seem to have a choice) so they add you to a wait list in case choice one or two becomes free? I’ve never done this before!

We live 30-40 meters away from Belleville Primary (Meteor site), but we are outside of the catchment area because it's measured from Webb's road. We will try with the waiting list, who knows.

You’ll definitely get a place at Belleville in September. They have a 5 class intake this year and a catchment of almost a kilometre at this point. By September it’ll have increased further.

I guess it depends how many siblings are in the year - Rutherford is only 2 form entry

We got our first choice - Ravenstone

We didn't :-( I had hoped my DS would get a place at Rutherford House but didn't. How quickly do lists move? Could anyone share?

Parents whose children will be starting at primary school in September will find out tomorrow (April 16) which school place they have been offered.

Parents who applied for a place online will receive details of their offer by email. Those who submitted a paper application without providing an email address will receive their information through the post.

For more information, help and advice on the offers you receive, you can call (020) 8871 7316 or email admissions@wandsworth.gov.uk.

Let us know tomorrow if you are happy or disappointed with your offer. We know it can be stressful especially in these challenging times. We'd love to hear from you and hopefully the NVN community can help with any queries or opinions on schools to help you rest at ease or explain your options if you are not...
