If you are gonna shave your legs, you have to do at least a little bit of 'manscaping'... also, exfoliate otherwise it itches like crazy!

Here are some shaving tips that I give my clients before their laser hair removal treatments for permanent hair reduction.

[*]Invest in a good razor for not getting a scratch or irritation.
[*]Wet shaving is better, after having a warm shower or bath hair gets softer and it makes easier to shave and eliminates to irritate skin.
[*]Using shaving gel helps to moisture and makes easier razor to glide on the skin.
[*]Rinse your razor regularly.
[*]Shave the hair towards, the hair growth side not to opposite.
[*]Use a long stroke and avoid many strokes on the same area.
[*]Stretch the skin or bend on the knee area. 
[*]At the end please apply some moisturising lotion on the shaved area.

Kind of hooked on this roadie thing now, can't believe I'm considering shaving me legs. But then I am also going to get the odd sports massage in my old age.
So any tips welcome, also, how high to shave!?! All the way up I guess?? That's always confused me.
