Following my previous reply, I haven't posted on Nappy Valley before so don't know if you can reply by private message to a guest post. Just in case you can't, my phone number is 07941755857; do feel free to text me.
All the best for solving your insomnia, whether with me or with someone else,

Hi, I know it's tough when you're short on sleep. I'm a psychotherapist/counsellor (based in Surbiton but working on Zoom) and would be happy to work with you on this. (I have a bio-science background so can look at the physiology of sleep with you as well as the psychology of what might be affecting your sleep). Do feel free to e-mail me and I can send more details. I offer prospective clients a free phone or Zoom call (upto about half an hour) so they can outline their issue, ask any questions, and get a feel for how I work, to see if that feels a good fit for them, before deciding if they want to go ahead.
Best wishes,
Rachel

I would recommend seeing a therapist. Perhaps some thoughts bother you and do not allow you to sleep.
I hope that you will solve your problem as soon as possible!

Hi

Can anyone recommend a therapist who might be able to help with insomnia? Open to different types of therapies.

Thank you.
