It really depends on your budget...

I can HIGHLY recommend on Carlisle Bay in Antigua! Fantastic children's club, all apartments on the beach, great children's food and a wonderful relaxing holiday location for adults! It is TOP of most people's budget though, but an amazing place!

It depends on your budget, but we highly rate the jumeirah beach in Dubai. The kids club is top notch, has flexible hours and runs from age two. The gym is superb and there are plenty of dining options and activities to suit all tastes. Lovely temp too!

Downside is that it's at a cost, however, it depends how much you need that holiday!

Tots Too has lots of toddler friendly hotels, all very upmarket, some in the Med, some further afield. You can search their website to see only those with creches, which is very handy. See:

Hey,

Can anyone help? We're looking to get away start of January for 10 nights, somewhere hot! Ideally the hotel would have a creche for under 3's or a good babysitting service. Happy to go pretty much anywhere. Any suggestions for places/hotels?
