These retreats are an extension of the success that Travel Matters has experienced with its 2021 & 2022 retreats.
Join us in our favourite Edwardian Lodge on the banks of Loch Tay
Four nights and five days. The retreats are co-lead by Guinness World Record holder for Apnea and Free Diver, Amber Fillary and Plein Air Painter Susie MacInnes.
All meals cooked for by a former Scottish chef of the year.
There are morning swims or dips in Loch Tay with invaluable information on safely entering the cold water and the health benefits therein, followed by breakfast, mindfulness experiences and physical well-being exercises. After a relaxation period you will be served lunch and then the afternoons are yours! Previous guests have explored the immediate picturesque countryside surrounding the lodge, ancient woodlands, cascading burns and the nearby mythical Waterfalls of Archan…all of which is over-looked by the brooding Ben Lawers mountain range. You are cordially invited to take a step into the great unknown and emerge rejuvenated, creative and powerful!
We are pleased to extend our retreat invitation to the men in our lives too. Some guests have asked about other activities like fishing, bird watching and hiking up munros. Other activities can be organised from the Lodge. If swimming in the loch is not your thing, there are plenty of other activities on offer.
Cost from £1100 per person based on three sharing, £1200 per person based on two sharing & £1400 for sole occupancy.
