A lovely lady called Emma runs Svenssons Skola in Dulwich village on Saturdays - lots of half Swedish/English kids. It's for younger age groups (3 different levels for babies/toddlers up to older primary kids) but she may be able to point you in the right direction or offer tutoring? Her email is svenssons_skola(at)hotmail(dot)com

UCL used to do Swedish evening classes - my husband did them for several years and rated them.

A bit old school, but the Swedish Church in Marylebone has a notice board which might be good place to put up a request for a teacher/lessons.

Lycka till!

The teacher, Emma, does group lessons for kids but maybe she is open to doing private lessons too.

Thank you.

Thanks.  We've reached out to them and awaiting a reply.  Have found a tutor but it's Zoom only and we'd prefer in person.

Hej!

You can try Facebook groups ‘Londonsvenskar’ or ‘Svenskar i London’. Have you checked with the Swedish school in Barnes? They used to have evening or weekend classes.

Looking for someone who can help my 14yr old daughter with learning Swedish.  She's being doing Duolingo for 9 months now and wants to take it on.  Any ideas helpful as I contacted the Swedish Embassy to no avail.  Thanks.
