Whitefield Construction have just completed a refurbishment of the top floor of our house in Balham. They do all types of project - designer pads in Chelsea, huge high-spec houses, basements, side returns, loft conversions, flat reconfigurations, new kitchens, refurbishments.
Marcin and Mario and their team have immense experience, are always happy to discuss and propose different options, and add a lot of value by helping with visualisation of layout. If you need an architect they can propose one or work with yours. For our smaller project we worked directly with them.
Budget wise they are very reasonable. They stuck to their quote for the work we agreed in advance and have been entirely fair about costs of our variations. Communications are also excellent.
