I have four friends who have just had their basements converted by Estbury Basements, and all have been very happy with the standard of work, and the results.

Hi
I am an Interior Designer (London Property Makeover) and can also recommend Pure Basements, having seen some of their work. The guys are great- professional, efficent and the work is carried out to a very high standard. They offer a one-stop shop.

If you look at Kitchen/ Bedroom/ Bathroom magazine this month, one of their projects features on the front cover.

I thoroughly recommend them.

We've just had ours done by Estbury who have been great - a really personal service by Richard & Danny and they only operate "between the commons" so know a thing or two about keeping clients / neighbours / nannies / kids happy during the process...!!!

I have just had my basement done with Pure Basements & I can't recommend them highly enough. http://www.purebasements.com/index.html
They have super-ceded all my expectations & were actually a dream compared to other builders I have worked with.
If you would like any more info or to come & see my basement then email me!

Nicholson Renovations http://www.nicholsonrenovations.com - based in Fulham, specialise in basement conversions and do a large amount of work in SW London.

It's worth having a talk with Philip - 020 7381 9149. They offer a free planning consultation and will give you unbiased advice on the practicality of a conversion and potential difficulties with planning etc.

Not sure if you are looking for a basement conversion company, or the individual people, but my husband is an architect and as an example of his work, is currently doing this project in SE London:

I think he is wonderful but I would say that! His firm is Thomas & Spiers Architects.
