I have used Building & Handyman based on Webbs Rd, 02079243650 for building work and know that they also do kitchens.

Please try us! My husband and I run West London Kitchens and we sell beautiful German and Italian kitchens at great prices as we don't have traditional showrooms. Instead, we take you to see kitchens we've installed so you can see real kitchens in real homes.

All our design and consultation work is completely free and our kitchens are delivered ready built - no nasty flatpacks. We're very good at designing family kitchens and most of our business comes from word-of-mouth as a result, from happy clients, and their builders and architects.

If you want Poggenpohl quality at a Magnet price, have a look at http://www.westlondonkitchens.com and ring us for a chat on 020 8741 1981.

Good luck with your search, and hope to hear from you.

Best wishes

Elizabeth and Keith Patterson

Hi
I am an Interior Designer and have lots of experience of working with different companies. As someone said previously, it does depend on budget and style. Lots of my clients have gone with Harvey Jones although they don't do full colour visuals. If you are into contemporary kitchens, there are lots of exciting options right now. Happy to do a free initial consultation with you and point you in the right direction.

hi there - I just had a bespoke kitchen made by Unfitted (unfitted.co.uk) and they were amazing. Really hands on and tons of good ideas - although I was pretty definite about what I wanted to.
I think the quality for the money is really very good - it was about half the price of better known companies and I think probably better more personal service too.

It really depends on your budget, how much do you want to spend on a new kitchen?

I know they get mixed reviews on here but our kitchen came from Harvey Jones.

They're NOT cheap. But they are good quality and look fantastic and the designer who worked with me was brilliant. I went to the Northcote Road branch.

Which companies would you talk to for a really good design of a new kitchen - any ideas?
