Hi there

I'd very happily recommend Lucinda at http://www.lpjhealingenergy.co.uk/ - she's a Reiki practitioner and teacher, and has done some WONDERFUL treatments for me. She's based close to Earlsfield, so very accessible to all parts of Wandsworth.

Hi,
I was given some Reiki Healing by a friend 10 years ago and was sceptucal , but went in with an open mind. I had the most incredible experience where during the session in an almost dream like state I pictured a white smoke coloured hand enter my shoulder and grab a lump and pull it out , at the same time i felt this and saw it in my mind the lady giving the treatment was thrown backwards and her arm began to shake. It was a very spirtual experience and completely sold Reiki to me as well as making me realise there is a lot more ' out there ' than I had previously thought. I had had a nagging ache in my shoulder for months and it completely disappeared it was apparently an emotional knot caused by tension which I put down to a bad relationship break up.
Anyway I obviously wanted more after this experience and there are two ways of going about it. Firstly spend lots of money paying somebody to give you Reiki Healing or go and do Reiki 1 and give it to yourself, family and friends for free ! It cost about the same amount has a couple of treatments to learn Reiki 1 and get inituated , you can go onto do Reiki 2 , but I have never bothered because I am quite Happy giving myself and children treatments. All you are doing is channeling healing energy. You can also go to sharing evenings which are free where you take it in turns to give each other healing, believe me it is great getting healing from 4 or 5 people at the same time ! It is also brilliant giving your children healing ! I personally would go to Reiki Circle which is more Ethical rather than Business orintated where it is about making money and profit. I have been treating myself and family for the last 8 years and have not been to any groups so am not sure if numbers and emails still work , but I have left a few of the old details I had and am sure one of them will be able to point you in the right direction. I would also like to recommend a book Living Reiki Takatas Teachings which was given to me when I did my Reiki 1. Master email was tripuri@bigfoot.com, Ruth 02087642814 , Mamta - mamta.nanda@btinternet.com. I hope between the 3 contacts you get some joy. Good Luck

Hi
I am a Yoga teacher specializing in Antenatal and Postnatal yoga and have Reiki master level.
Reiki healing works primarily on subconscious level i.e. healing is offered and your Higher Self draws in what you are 'ready' to accept. Hence I would suggest you address the problematic area on physical level as a first step through postnatal yoga practice or other therapy that would strengthen hips and sacroiliac area creating that 'ready' attitude.
I am based at Wandsworth Town. You can find more information and contact me through http://www.kasia-yoga.com

We have Reiki in our Chelsea Practice but not at the moment in Wandsworth (40, Webbs Road) however we would recommend that as a first step you might consider seeing one of our woman's health specialised physiotherapists who could carry out a full assessment and make recommendations. We have a team of physios, osteos and Reiki practitioners in the clinic.

Hello
Can anyone recommend somewhere to try Reiki in Wandsworth common / Balham please? Can it be helpful with post pregnancy hip and sacroiliac problems? Thank you!
