Argan oil will only continue to become a very sought after natural solution to keep hair shiny, skin beautiful, and nails healthy. Grab some Moroccan argan oil treatment today at your local beauty supply store and start seeing results immediately.

Hi,

Bio Oil is good. I think it all depends on your skin type. Best thing is to start using oils or creams earlier rather than later.

Bio Oil - did the trick for me! My Mother and sister both have terrible stretch marks, two pregnancies down and I don't have a single one?! I think staying moisturised really helps, doesn't necessarily need to be an expensive product, just regular application. I agree with Mellomumma, start using early and at least once a day.

You can use argan oil for stretch mark. It's very effective as an anti-aging solution. So definitely it'll help to remove your stretch mark as well.

Bio Oil has worked for me in both pregnancies. I dont have any stretch marks at all.
I have friends that have used Clairns and swear by it so I am not sure you will go wrong with either choice.
Whatever the product you decide, I think the key is start using it early and at least once a day. I always put it on after my shower and before I go to bed. I am also quite generous in the amount I use and rub in really well.

Elemis make a oil to prevent stretchmarks in pregnancy, I think it's called Camellia oil or something like that. Anyway, I used it religiously throughout my two pregnancies and emerged mark free. My poor mum is covered in them, so think I maybe got lucky in that respect. My sister also got off scot free and she used the oil too. Probably genetics though, I would guess, much like whether you've got good skin/rubbish skin. I'd say 75% genes.

I used nothing through both pregnancies and have no stretch marks and breastfed. My sister has none either.
I believe it is genetic.

Bio Oil twice a day seemed to work for me, i didn't get a single stretch mark but then i've never had any and nor have any of the women in my family so it could well be genetics.

I used the same - cheap Palmers cocoa butter stretch mark cream and got no stretch marks with my 3 pregnancies. Like a fool I stopped using it as soon as I had had my first baby and ended up with some mild stretch marks on my boobs (now sorted with Bio oil). My advice is if you are breast feeding, keep going with the stretch mark cream on your boobs as they are going to get pretty huge some days...

I used cheap, Palmers Cocoa Butter stretch mark lotion everyday during pregnancy and for a wee while after the birth of my twins and don't have any stretch marks. I swear by the stuff!

hi

I can recommend a product post pregnancy for stretch marks. It's not a cream but a cutting-edge handheld body spa gadget which firms and tightens your skin.

It improves the appearance of stretch marks, reduces the appearance of fat, cellulite and varicose veins and smoothes and tones the skin.

It works by combining gentle vibrations from a galvanic current with science-based anti-aging skincare products, which penetrate deep into the skin giving remarkable results.

If you would like any more information on the body spa, to see some before and after pictures or a free demo of the body spa, please get in touch.

I use Bio Oil every day as a general moisturiser as I have drier and drier skin, so I need something a little 'thicker' for stretch marks.

I don't even think it is genetics. None of my family got them and I use bio oil, mama mio and Clarins. Still got covered.

I used Clarins oil throughout and got stretch marks. I agree with previous poster....genetics.
