Hello NV mums,
In June we're offering group training for £20 for 45 minutes when taken on Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 9am and 1pm.
A few mums have said they'd be interested but they don't know enough other mums with the same schedules. If you would like to exercise in a group, please reply to this email and suggest your best day, time and location.
Hopefully we can get a few NV mums fit together.
