I have used Hares of London a couple of times now and i can't recommend them highly enough. The team are great-nothing was too much trouble and the packing service was fabulous-really well packed and no breakages. I was going through a divorce at the time and the relief of being able to move without any hassle was a god send.

We also used Clockwise for our move. It was pretty much stress free and the full pack service is worth every penny - not a single breakage and so quick! Excellent service and I agree that they were good value.

Hi. I'm afraid I don't know anything about Elephant, but I used Clockwise when I moved last September. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They were preceise to the minute, polite and cheerful, and put everything exactly where I wanted it without damaging anything. I was also really impressed by their efforts to keep everything clean: we moved on the worst possible day - absolutely pouring with rain and mud everywhere. Despite needing to make numerous trips across the garden, they covered everything with sheets and the carpets looked pristine when they had finished. Their prices seemed pretty reasonable too.

Hope this helps.

Or can anyone recommend a good company? I'm getting quotes from Burke and Wills and Bushells, and will get one from Manuel Moves who someone recommended on this site, but want to get some more quotes as lots of the companies say they will probably be booked up.

I've seen the Elephant lorry around in Balham doing other moves, but when I spoke to them on the phone they said they didn't do site visits for quotes which seemed a bit dodgy to me.
