Hello,
My name is Michelle Ody and I am a full time mummy to our 15 month old daughter. I'm due to start my training in childminding over the next couple of months, and I will be available to look after one child along with my daughter in January. I live in Earlsfield (Tooting end).
I have plenty of experience looking after children of all ages. Before starting University I was a Nanny in Richmond for a few months looking after two girls aged 4 years and 6 months. I worked as a Nanny for relatives in Scotland looking my three cousins, then aged between 3 and 9 years. I regularly looked after my niece and nephew in Edinburgh who are now 5 and 3 years old, though have cared for them since birth. I was also a registered babysitter in Edinburgh with a Disclosure Scotland certificate, and for almost two years I did regular babysitting for three/four families (I was an Estate Agent for a firm of solicitors). I also have a 14 year old stepson who I’ve known since he was 9.
I believe in creating a safe, loving and warm environment for children and interacting with them, playing games, going to playgroups, One O Clock clubs and the park.
