We filled the first two NCT Relax and Stretch with Baby classes so quickly, we are offering an additional class: Mondays 12.30pm - 2pm, Salvation Army Hall (SW12 9AH) £12 per hour and a half class. Postnatal exercise for mum and baby joins in too! See
