Another shout out for Jose and his massages! I’ve had a couple of massages from him and he’s incredible at getting rid of the knots from either excercise or just general day to day wrangling of the mini ones.

I have been using Jose for sports massages for around 3 months after I started training for a half marathon. I am very particular when it comes to massages, having trained in the same area myself. I have to say Jose is fantastic. He is amazing at sourcing the root of the tension(s) and assisting recovery. Jose is knowledgeable, professional, reliable and a good listener!

He is THE best mssage therapist! Lots of my friends and colleagues use him - from triathletes to people who are just getting back into exercise and everyone raves about him; even those who are physios and massage therapists themselves.

Although he has never officially trained me he’s always been very happy to give me training advice in the gym and I have seen him training others. He’s a very genuine and likeable guy with a lovely yet professionally manner and he always has his clients’ best interests at heart. Always happy to listen and always keen to figure out a solution whether through training advice or massage therapy or both.
