Bicycle to commute on each day

Oh no that's miserable! I'm so sorry!
I do have a specialised commuter bike with painer rack however I'm a petite lady 4ft 11 - so it might not be ideal? Unless you are also short?

Hi, my bike was sadly stolen from our front garden - they cut through my insubstantial bike chain

so I now need to get a new bike. Does anyone have a 'commuter-style' bike to sell? For an adult, ideally a 'step through' design. No pref on colour or model. Thanks!
