Paint the Town Green is growing company and we are looking for an Admin Assistant to support our Operations team with the day to day administrative tasks.We are building a fun, friendly and supportive culture where our people are listened to and trusted to do their job. We are a team of hard workers with positive can-do attitudes.This is a new position which will help us ensure we can have more management presence on our sites knowing the important details are being taken care of.There is a real buzz at Paint the Town Green – we’re excited about the future and as the company grows, we’ll develop and grow our people with it.
Main responsibilities:
- Liaise with Estimators on project orders placed
- Schedule projects taking into account in-house and 3rd party availability
- Book in site set up meetings with relevant people (Contracts Manager, Client, Estimator, Client Relations as required)
- Liaise with Contracts Manager and Logistics Co-Ordinator regarding materials required at site
- Collation and review of timesheets and other check lists
- Preparing and collating relevant documentation for projects (colour specs, scopes of work etc.)
- Plan, advertise for and organise the recruitment of 3rd party contractors subject to requirements
- Assist with the general condition and appearance of the office
About you:We are looking for a self-starter who takes responsibility for their own workload. You are committed to meeting deadlines and have high attention to accuracy.You are happy to liaise with people at all levels of our small and friendly team. You are computer savvy and are confident using Excel.You understand you will be working in a dynamic environment where things are always changing always – you enjoy being kept on your toes.Flexible hours are an option.The wage is £25k- £ 28K depending on experience (or FTE)Discretionary performance bonusThe role, will predominately be based in our Wandsworth office, but there may be some working from home occasional visits to sites which are predominantly in the London area. This role is a critical position for Paint the Town Green. The closing date for this application is 2nd September and we intend to contact you within 10 days of that date at the latest, with an update on the status of your application. We’d like the successful candidate to be in place by the end of September if possible.
