Hi for the past couple of years mainly since having covid I am constantly Ill. I do all the right things-no alcohol, lots of sleep, eat well etc but nothing seems to be working. I don’t need to talk to someone about food but more vitamins etc that can help. I was wondering if anybody could recommend someone? Thank you
