Join our wonderful instructor Patricia to learn how to:

[*]approach each of the stages of labour in a calm, joyful and comfortable way, letting the body do its work
[*]enjoy a restorative yoga practice followed by a hypnobirthing guided meditation to let go of any fears around birthing
[*]use breathing techniques to teach the body to relax and release day to day tensions
[*]get into the birth bubble during labour

[*]Part 1: What is hypnobirthing?
[*]Part 2: The stages of labour and how hormones function during birth to let the body do its job; preparing body and mind for birthing including unexpected situations, yoga throughout pregnancy, birth and recovery

[*]Part 3: 75 minutes of practice, including settling into your birth mindset, restorative yoga practice, breathing practice and using your hypnobirthing script
