btw, that 8-week challenge sounds like a great way to kick off the year! I’ve done a few fitness challenges myself, and it really helps to have a structured plan. I found that combining consistent exercise with a healthy diet made a big difference.

I’d recommend making sure you’re comfortable with the program and that it fits your goals. Having a solid plan can make a huge difference in staying consistent.
