We've recently had a bid accepted on a flat in this develpoment, but I have noticed a couple of things that are making me wonder about it...

Does anyone know why so many properties are currently for sale here?

And it's a long shot, but I wonder if anyone has some insider information on when the long awatied cladding on the exterior is to be replaced? Estate agent said April / May which I find a bit unrealistic!
