I am moving to London for 3 years with my wife and two primary school aged daughters. We're urgently looking for a 4 or 5 bed house between the commons to move into any time in June or July (or even early August, in a pinch). We had a 5 bedroom house under offer on Belleville Road, but the current tenant decided they're not going to move out after all and now we're left needing to find a new option. We're very responsible tenants, easy on the house and our neighbors, and really keen to be part of the local school community.
