Having visited many Physios over the years and found them to be all a bit pointless, I recently started seeing Caitlin at Four Sides on Northcote road and she has been brilliant. When she was away I saw another one and liked her too plus my sister saw another there, so I think they’re all good! They combine physio sessions with proper rehab sessions so it’s not just relieve from pain but also strengthening up which has made a big difference to me.

Can anyone recommend a good physio for lower back pain. It is for my husband who I think has ben sitting poorly at his desk for many years and it has finally had enough. SW London ideal please.
