I provide a bespoke home fitness service with one-to-one sessions at your home or local park that will give you accountability, motivation and guidance to create a sustainable, realistic and healthy eating and exercise routine.
Also, I'm a nutrition coach and will show you how to improve your diet without 'going on a diet' for whatever goal you want to achieve, whether that's to have more energy, get stronger or drop a few pounds.
