Come and join us for a full day’s therapeutic art workshop gently exploring many of the faces of Grief.
The day will offer therapeutic art practices to respond to and process loss. This may be grief associated with the loss of a loved one; ancestral grief; loss of Self; loss of place; loss of community; loss of ecosystems and species.
The intention is for you to leave the day with artistic tools that offer kind ways in which to process grief.
We will use watercolour, clay, chalk pastels and charcoal.
No art experience necessary.
£95 per person and £25 for art materials.
Sue is a BACP accredited Therapeutic Arts Counsellor and Group Facilitator. She has a private practice, designs and runs tailor-made workshops and is a visiting tutor and supervisor for trainee art counsellor at Tobias School of Art & Therapy.
