Hi, I'm French and have just moved to Clapham with my Hungarian husband and 3 week old baby girl. Would love to get to know other mums, what's a good time/day to get together?

Hi I am french and my son is 4. We live close to clapham junction in Battersea.
I am part of a multicultural group called women of Wandsworth and we do a lot of things for parent and children in the area.

We meet every monday at the katherine Low Centre from 1 to 3
(where we have speakers)
and Fridays for a coffee morning (11 to 1pm after tai chi)

Hi Fran,

I'm the French mum of a 4-month-old boy living in Battersea and would love to meet up for coffee. Couleur Cafe is indeed a nice little place on Webbs Road - they sell the best macaroons! Perhaps it would be a good place for a first meeting?

Hi there,

I'm probably not quite what you're looking for but thought I would reply to your post. I'm a wobbly French speaker - my husband speaks French and our 15-month old is being brought up bilingually. If you do want to meet up for a coffee and a (rather slow!) chat that would be lovely! I'm free Mondays and Fridays and live in Wandsworth Town. If not, no problem, and good luck with meeting other mums.
