I have recently had my living room and hall floors sanded by Andrew at Redeemed Floors and this is my way of thanking him :)

The floors look gorgeous, and we had a few tricky bits and pieces for him to deal with (woodworm, anyone?) which he took in his stride when I've had previous people who don't really seem to know their trade very well.

The main thing for me though was that he was someone I felt comfortable with in my house and didn't have to hover over.
