This weekend we dropped into St.Marys Church on Balham High Rd for a look round as we were passing. This is one of the most breath taking buildings that myself and my husband have been in. We felt it quite funny that we have travelled to so many places to visit places of beauty and interest and yet such a beautiful building so close had gone undiscovered. We partly put this down to the fact that the exterior of the Building does not do the interior justice. The dome roof and Altar are really special. ;)
