They currently have a big project in Twickenham where they are doing Loft conversion, house extensions and renovation for a single house. They also have house extension project in Clapham. These location are pretty close to Tooting and if you give them a call they would be happy to arrange a site visit to showcase their current jobs. They do offer free 3D architectural drawing however since your planning is approved I guess you won't need them. Best of luck in your search.

I have completed about eight side returns over the past two years on my rental houses and have used a really fantastic company who are based in Tooting (all my properties are in Tooting which is how I heard of them). The finish has to be of a really good standard for me as I'm very particular as to how building/kitchen etc should be done. Their quotes are always the best price by a long way and the team are really superb, hard working and very polite. The chap who runs the projects is called Clive and his number is 07966 476862 - happy for them to show you some of my houses as I know that it can be really hard to find good tradesmen. I've passed them on to several of my friends for loft extensions etc and they've all been really impressed. Good luck with it all!!

I'd thoroughly recommend MI Designs, run by Iwona. They are really curteous and considerate builders and deliver on time. They have completed numerous small projects around our house as well as installing a new kitchen for us. They didn't do our side return but have done many in the area.

Hi everyone!

I am looking for builder recommendations for a side return extension we are looking to start very shortly in the Tooting/Streatham area. We have planning permission (hurrah) and just waiting for building regs to be approved.

Has anyone done a similar project recently and can recommend someone? I hear word of mouth is best for these types of things.
