Hi all
I am having problems trying to return a faulty item to Kiddicare and was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems which they managed to resolve.
To cut a very long story short, I ordered something from them which broke almost immediately. I told them about it straight away and have now been trying to get a refund for days. I've had emails from different members of their customer service team, who clearly aren't communicating with eachother, and haven't bothered to look at my previous correspondence with their colleagues. Now they are asking me to sign up to 'terms and conditions' before returning the item, under which they can charge me a minimum of £29 (more than the cost of the item I'm returning!) plus various other charges if they decide the fault wasn't caused by a manufacturing fault.
I've never come across anything like this before from an online retailer or a shop. Normally if something breaks, they apologise and give you a refund.
If anyone has successfully managed to get Kiddicare to give a refund I would be grateful if you could let me know how!!
Thanks
