Learn how to cook your favourite tapas classics at Brindisa's cookery class on 25th April at Brindisa Hildreth Street (6-8pm).
Talented Catalan Chef, Leo will demo how to make 6 mouth-watering dishes inspired by cookbook The True Food of Spain, by Monika Linton, Brindisa’s founder. Enjoy a welcome drink and then learn how to whip up some delicious easy-to-make dishes, tasting as you go! From a twist on the classic Spanish omelette to Octopus with Mojo verde salsa, each will be a delight for the senses.
After the tasting you will also have a chance to shop a the exceptional selection of cheese, charcuterie, olives, ingredients and other Spanish delights.
