My family and i are looking for a short term let in Balham.  A house with a minimum of 3/4 bedrooms, with a garden.  

We are a tidy, non smoking family and no pets.  Looking for rental from 29th March, maximum 6 months rental.

Hi! We have a 3 double bedroomed house in Montana Road, Tooting Bec, very near the common. Our tenants are leaving on 18th March and we would like a 6 month let ideally so this arrangement might suit us both.
