Such sad news. This northside junction near Albert Bridge has too many accidents. Cyclists now dog walkers.

A woman and three dogs were killed early yesterday morning after they were struck by a car in Chelsea, west London.

The driver of the Audi was arrested at the scene on Cheyne Walk - on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

Scotland Yard has appealed for anyone with information to come forward, particularly if they captured the incident on video or on a dashcam.
 Those with information have been asked to call 101, providing the reference 1500/14MAY.
