Looking to try yoga for the first time? Please do pop in for a free class to see how you get on at YogaWorks London (the friendliest studio in London!) We offer Beginners Yoga classes during the week day & evenings and on Saturday mornings. Email me on team@yogaworkslondon.co.uk and we'll be very happy to set you up with a free class. We have all mats/equipment etc. so all you need to do is come along! We also offer a 4 week Beginners Course to get to grips with the basic practice.
