I was lucky enough to win a recent NappyValleyNet competition, offering a free Hydrodermie Facial at the gorgeous Simply Me in Teddington, which is located above the Elements Hair Salon . The place is beautifully designed and fitted out and there is a lovely air of relaxation as soon as you walk in.

The facial itself was amazing - intensely relaxing (I think I nodded off a couple of times) and my skin was literally glowing afterwards. The beautician, Lucie, was delightful and a font of knowledge about all the products she was using and happy to give skincare advice.

So go ahead and treat yourself! I know I will certainly go back!
