A teenager is fighting for his life after being hit by a bus near Putney station.
At about 1.20am this morning, the rider of a moped failed to stop for police in Putney High Street near the junction with Upper Richmond Road.
A short time later the moped crashed into a bus in Upper Richmond Road.
The rider – a 17-year-old boy – was taken to hospital. His condition has been assessed as life-threatening.
There are no other reported injuries.
