Roots & Berries is a leading operator of cafés in unique London locations. We currently manage a group of seven sites in South & West London, with a further venue opening in March 2022 and several other sites in the pipeline to follow. We are searching for an energetic Group Financial Controller with a “can-do” attitude to manage and improve our financial planning and reporting across the group and manage our experienced book keeper. We are after someone with technical and management capability, organisational skills, and vision will play a central role in driving our profitability, financial reporting, implementing financial projects and developing the company’s financial capability. This is initially a part time role of 2-3 days per week. The successful candidate is expected to progress to a Finance Director role with participation in our existing equity options scheme within 18 months of start.Benefits:

Requirements:
- Qualified accountant
- Experience of Financial Controller role
- Hospitality sector experience
- Excellent organisation & communication (written & verbal) skills
