SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER: The day to day:
- Developing campaigns and then leading and managing delivery
- Using contacts and excellent media relations skills to achieve outstanding press coverage
- Offering tactical consultancy and advice to clients
- Leading client meetings and taking responsibility for contact and status reports
- Tactical delivery, including writing press releases, statements, web, newsletter, and feature content
- Playing a full role in pitches and presentations
- Planning and managing client events
- Background research and fact finding
- Playing an active role in campaign planning
- Writing, editing copy and proof-reading media materials including press releases
- Selling in stories to the media
- Meeting and liaising with clients
- Keeping the social media channels refreshed with new content
- Updating client websites
- Producing contact and status reports
- You must be someone who is confident, enthusiastic and happy to get stuck in
- Be a problem solver with the ability to juggle tasks and manage time effectively while staying calm under pressure
- Have excellent writing skills and an ability to write quickly to deadline and adapt style for different audiences
- Demonstrate outstanding media relations skills and in-depth knowledge of the media
- Small and friendly team and you will be right at the heart of the business
- Office based or hybrid working
