Initially working 24 hours a week Monday – Thursday 9-3pm and Fridays 9-2pm with an hour for lunch, you will be able to work from home one day a week. After the first 8-16 months, the role will go full-time, so this arrangement of working part-time, then full-time must suit you. As PA/Office Manager, you will play a key role working closely with the CEO and managing the day-to-day running of the office. Duties will include:
- Support the CEO with diary management, correspondence, booking travel, taking minutes and expenses
- Manage health and safety and security of the office
- Put policies and procedures in place, manage technology, office furniture and equipment
- Assist with HR to include recruitment administration, onboarding and offboarding and other HR processes
- Co-ordinate all company meetings to include collating papers, taking minutes and following up on actions
- Manage the phone system, technology subscriptions and regulatory processes
- Manage the social calendar to include an annual charity day and quarterly socials
- Support marketing with ensuring everything is on brand and up-to-date on company collateral
